Below you will find information about next season’s registration, tryouts and tuition costs for our Travel Programs.
For detailed information about our travel programs see our programs page.
Registration
Tryouts for the Travel Programs U8 and older will take place at Connell Rink in Weymouth from April 6 to April 17. You will need to register your player before attending tryouts, no walk-ups. We encourage all players to participate in tryouts. Please register your player regardless so we can make proper team sizes. The deadline for player registration is April 5.
Registration Fee - each program registration will require you to pay a $100 registration fee. The registration fee is a deposit and applied towards tuition cost, it is non-refundable or transferable. If you are dual rostering and playing on multiple teams you need to pay $100 for each.
Mite U6 - registration opens in May during team registration.
Process - there are (2) phases to the travel program registration, player registration in March/April when we do tryouts and create teams, and team registration in May. After teams are announced, you will register with USA Hockey and again with WYH, this time using the team registration where you will enter your USAH confirmation number, select your team(s), tuition payment options, jersey size and number preferences. Registrations after May 1st should use the team registration, regardless of level or prior registrations. Feel free to reach out to the registrar with questions around this process.
Registrations will not be accepted unless the prior season’s balance is satisfied in full.

Parents/guardians of players participating in tryouts must acknowledge that they have read the current season's tryout procedures. Team placement will be communicated no later than May 15. The first payment is due by June 1st during team registration. Failure to pay can result in the player being removed from the team. Girls’ teams will be offered based on registrations received by May 1st. If sufficient registrations have not been received, teams may be removed, and money returned. Teams may also be combined based on registrations. Wait listing is done to determine interest in additional teams.
